Always take the gloves. Every time you go outside - enjoy accessorising gloves or mittens. As is well known, it is easier to prevent than to treat.
Buy a humidifier. A humidifier can help prevent dry skin and also ease breathing. If buying one is not an option, you can simple use folk method: put a plate with water near battery or heater.
Rubber Gloves. Washing dishes or cleaning? It is a good idea to use a pair of rubber gloves. Effects of excessive exposure to the water and various chemicals in detergents can be harmful to the skin. Also try not to wash your hands too often (especially with SOAP), because the skin can easily become dry and cracked.
Nourish your skin with cream. Several times a day apply hand moisturiser or coconut oil (which is also very good). You can also prepare super cream at home. To do this, mix butter with a teaspoon of honey and herbs.
Make the masks for hands. Once you have washed your hands with soap and water, apply a couple of drops of lemon juice. This is a great way to keep the moisture in and add some vitamins to your skin. As for the mask, experts offer this simple recipe:
1 tbsp. of glycerin,
2 tbsp. olive oil,
the juice of one lemon,
one egg yolk
few drops of rose water.
Mix these ingredients and apply on the skin.
